Will I be automatically renewed on an annual basis?
Yes. Unless you send us written notice that you wish to cancel you will be renewed on your anniversary date.
When does my billing cycle start?
If you pre-register for GRAVITYClubhouse now—as a Charter Member, before the actual launch date, your first billing will occur when your first shipment is sent. We expect this to be mid October for a Launch November 1, 2007. After that, you will be billed each quarter on the ship date or yearly on your anniversary depending on your choice when you register.
If you register as a member after the launch date, your billing cycle begins as soon as your account has been verified and activated. At that time we will ship your starter program specific to your GRAVITYTrac(s) subscriptions. After that, you will be billed each quarter on the ship date or yearly on your anniversary depending on your choice when you register.
How do I cancel?
GRAVITYClubhouse offers an annual membership. To cancel your GRAVITYClubhouse™ Membership, you must notify efi Sports Medicine in writing before your anniversary date. Your membership will officially end at the end of the quarter in which efi Sports Medicine receives your cancellation letter. efi has the right to charge an early cancellation fee in the amount equaling three months prorated membership dues and charge back any discounts applied to your account based on payment schedules.
Why is my Personal Training Trac delivered semi-annually instead of quarterly, like my other GRAVITYTracs?
All tracs receive programming quarterly. Personal Training receives semi-annual DVD shipments and quarterly programming online.
How do I get my free GRAVITYCourse Entries for my trainers?
There will be an online tracking system that will basically put those training entries into a space bank that you can draw on for sending your trainers to GRAVITYEducation Courses.
When are the quarterly, and semi-annual deliveries sent, and when are the in-club launch dates?
Launch Dates for each new quarter coincide with calendar quarters, January, April, July, October. Product shipments should arrive anywhere from 2 to 6 weeks prior to Launch Dates.
How do I get my user name and password?
Your username and password will be e-mailed to you after we receive your signed Membership Agreement and we enroll you into GRAVITYClubhouse. Once we have verified that you have attended or sponsored (Facility) the appropriate GRAVITY Certificate Courses, your membership will be activated and you will be notified via email.
